Ruth and Dean Estep's daughter, Cecile married Mitch Smith this past Saturday at the Manchester Community Center here in Manchester. They were married by Pastor Joey Burns, a long time family friend. It was quite a scorcher of a day to be married on the outside with temps reaching well above 104 degrees. lol Congrat's to the happy couple! Enjoy some of their sneak peeks.
